    Leadership Roundtable’s 2017 Annual Leadership Convening, Engaging, Equipping, and Energizing Catholic Leaders for the Joy of the Gospel, concluded this afternoon, and resulted in a key statement on the formation of Catholic leaders as missionary disciples.
    The statement builds upon a framework of empowered humility and creativity in ministry provided by Bishop Frank Caggiano of Bridgeport, CT, participants outlined a vision of leaders as missionary disciples grounded in authenticity, joy, relationship, and attention to those at the margins.
