Andrea Blanco serves as Program Manager of the Latino Pastoral Leaders Initiative at Leadership Roundtable. Previously, she served as Director of Hispanic Faith Formation at Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral in the Diocese of Raleigh, NC. She has also served as the Family Life Coordinator. She took a key role in the V Encuentro and was a speaker at the World Meeting of Families on the topic of “The Hispanic Family in the Context of a Multicultural Society.” She is passionate about working with Catholic leaders and empowering a new generation of leadership.
Andrea is originally from Colombia. She holds a law degree from Gran Colombia University and a Master of Arts in Spanish Culture and Latino Studies from Western Michigan University. Andrea is married and has a young son.
