Joanne Ruddy

Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator

Joanne Ruddy serves as Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator at Leadership Roundtable. She is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Development Officer, and staff members. Prior to joining Leadership Roundtable, she served as Project Manager and Event Planner at Bread for the World in Washington, DC. Committed to her Catholic faith and service, Joanne began her professional career as a long-term, full-time volunteer with Mercy Volunteers Corps on the Navajo Reservation serving as a Catholic elementary teacher. She brings with her extensive project management, event planning, and teaching experience.

Joanne received her MA in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD and a BS in Elementary Education from Cabrini University in Radnor, PA.¬†

Joanne is a Maryland native and currently resides in Old Town Alexandria.
