Our Mission
In partnership with lay, ordained, and religious leaders and organizations across all sectors of the Catholic community in the United States and Rome, Leadership Roundtable seeks to elevate and implement best practices in management and leadership to establish a culture of co-responsible, servant leadership for a healthy, thriving Church in the U.S.
Who We Are
Leadership Roundtable was founded in 2005 following a series of roundtable discussions aimed at offering ideas to assist the Catholic Church in the U.S. as it faced a crisis of abuse. Since then, we have grown into a recognized convener of Catholic leaders and a service of hope to the Church, offering leadership formation and promoting best practices in leadership and management to all sectors of the Church.
OUR HISTORY
Our Team
Leadership Roundtable is led by a dedicated Board of Directors and team of executive partners who collaboratively direct our talented staff and model the co-responsibility to which we call the Church.
