Dominic Perri serves as Senior Leadership Consultant and has worked with more than 2,000 priests and 100 organizations in more than 25 dioceses providing strategic planning services and leadership development. Dominic serves as a consultant to the USCCB Committee on Communications. Dominic has extensive experience working as a researcher at the Survey Research Center at the University of Maryland-College Park and the Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate (CARA) at Georgetown University. He is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership to deliver the Catholic Leadership 360 assessment tool, is a certified Covey 7 Habits Trainer, trained in DiSC® Profile, and Neurolinguistic Programming. Dominic received a BS in Physics from The Catholic University of America. He also has an MA in Sociology and an MA in Economics from the University of Maryland. He is the author of a chapter on developing a pastoral vision in “A Pastor’s Toolbox.”
