Brittany Czekaj is the Development Manager at Leadership Roundtable. Prior to joining Leadership Roundtable, Brittany served as the Development Manager and Planned Giving Officer for the Diocese of Burlington in Vermont. During her time there, she also founded and chaired Vermont Catholic Professionals; an organization that joins professionals with shared values to encourage intellectual discussions, to foster professional and faith-based relationships and to inspire service and charity to the community in Vermont.
Prior to her career within nonprofit development, Brittany served for five years within corporate sectors, serving in both finance and accounting roles.
Brittany received her bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from Saint Leo University in Florida where she served as founding member and treasurer of the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality and treasurer for the International Tourism Club. It was during her studies within accounting and finance that Brittany became passionate about data analyzation and reporting.
A Vermont native, Brittany currently resides in the Burlington area with her husband Peter, their rescue dog Champ, and their soon-to-be daughter, due later this year.
Brittany is excited to join the team at Leadership Roundtable and to be able to combine her Catholic faith, passion for leadership, and expertise in data management, analyzation, and donor relations.
