Lisa Metcalfe serves as Director of Services and Programs for Leadership Roundtable, leading staff in delivering our comprehensive leadership development and training offerings to Catholic organizations and dioceses across the United States.
Lisa is a seasoned leader with decades of management, operations, technology, and development experience. Before transitioning her career to work for the Church, Lisa was a senior leader at both corporate and nonprofit entities. Her decades of executive experience includes leadership roles at the National Wildlife Federation and Washington Gas in Washington, D.C. She is an entrepreneur having launched a national professional services firm with a team of colleagues with more than a decade of professional services experience. Prior to joining Leadership Roundtable, she served in the Archdiocese of Denver. Lisa graduated from the University of Washington and has a master’s degree from The George Washington University.
Born on a Jesuit mission in Africa, Lisa was blessed to see the Church in the world and it has been a defining part of her lifelong Catholic faith.
