The next 20 years will be defined by what we choose to do together.

Twenty years ago, Leadership Roundtable was founded in a time of crisis to help the Church heal and to model a new way of leading: transparent, accountable, co-responsible.

Since then, we’ve trained thousands of leaders. We’ve partnered with three-quarters of U.S. dioceses. We’ve helped to build systems of trust, financial stewardship, and shared leadership across the Church.

And our work continues. 

As our new survey shows, trust is rebuilding—but it’s fragile. Young adults are returning to the Church in remarkable numbers, but they’re watching to see if leaders meet them with the transparency and partnership they need.
