Leadership Roundtable is a network of networks. We bring together leaders and partners to discuss the opportunities and challenges facing the Church and develop actions to move the Church forward. We focus on contemporary managerial challenges and offer solutions that are in line with the teachings of the Church and canon law. Since our inception, we’ve convened leaders in the spirit of synodality and genuine co-responsibility to facilitate their efforts to build a healthy, thriving Church.

Catholic Partnership Summit

The Catholic Partnership Summit convenes Catholic leaders from across the globe annually to address the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing the Church.

At its core, co-responsibility is lay, religious, and ordained leaders working together to lead the Church. It is leadership that reflects the diversity of Catholics, with women, young adults, and people of color present at the decision-making tables.

ESTEEM

ESTEEM (Engaging Students to Enliven the Ecclesial Mission) is a partnership between Leadership Roundtable and Saint Thomas More Catholic Chapel and Center at Yale University that supports, encourages, and affirms the leadership of young adults in the Catholic Church.
