Latino Pastoral Leaders Impact Report 2022

We are pleased to share with you the annual Latino Pastoral Leaders Impact Report for 2022 that provides information about the Latino Pastoral Leaders Initiative and shares the Hispanic/Latino pastoral leaders’ experience as participants. In 2022, Leadership Roundtable expanded this innovative initiative to two additional cohorts, one in the Diocese of St. Augustine in Florida, and another in the Diocese of Austin in Texas. To date, more than 60 Hispanic/Latino pastoral leaders have participated in this leadership formation program, learning best practices in Church management and enhancing their leadership skills to serve with greater capacity the communities and ministries they serve.
