Catholic Leadership 360 Bilingual Cohort in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis

On Saturday, January 14, we proudly launched the Catholic Leadership 360 Bilingual Cohort in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. This cohort kicked off with an orientation workshop at Our Lady of the Greenwood Catholic Church in Greenwood, Indiana. Fourteen Hispanic/Latino leaders who serve and work in different parishes of the archdiocese are participating.

The orientation workshop introduces this leadership training on 360-degree feedback. The goals covered during this first session were:
Understanding what Catholic Leadership 360 feedback is
How this feedback can support leaders’ ongoing formation
Understanding the Catholic Leadership 360 process

The participants will gather once again in February and March for ongoing training.
