Peter Denio’s Full Bio

Peter Denio serves as Program Manager for Leadership Roundtable, facilitating leadership formation programs and providing overall administration of several of Leadership Roundtable’s programs including the Toolbox for Pastoral Management, Catholic Leadership 360, and Catholic Standards for Excellence.  He has worked nationally at leadership formation organizations that serve the Catholic Church and locally in parish ministry as a Lay Ecclesial Minister for more than 30 years. He is currently on the advisory board of the Catholic Common Ground Initiative.  Peter also currently serves as a Pastoral Associate for Adult Faith Formation at a parish in New Jersey.   He is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership to deliver the Catholic Leadership 360 assessment tool and is a certified Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultant. Peter serves as  a faculty member for the Toolbox for Pastoral Management and is the author of a chapter on meeting management in A Pastor’s Toolbox Volume 2.

Peter served as  the Director of Pastoral Services and Catholic Common Ground Initiative, then Acting Director of the National Pastoral Life Center where he assisted parishes and dioceses in integrating best pastoral practices from around the country. Peter also served as Coordinator of New Projects at RENEW International. He received a Masters in Pastoral Ministry from Boston College, a MPA from Seton Hall University, and was received as a Bernardin Scholar at Catholic Theological Union where he is currently in the Doctor of Ministry program.
